Daryl and I are still in awe of how amazing our wedding was, and a great deal of that is due to you, Omar, and your entire staff. We want to thank you for making our special day more beautiful than we could have ever imagined.
Everything looked absolutely gorgeous, especially with the dim lighting, the food and drinks were delicious, and the service was spectacular. Our guests are still talking about how professional, courteous, and superb the service was. Daryl and I felt like royalty with all the attention the staff gave us, making sure we were taken care of at all times. What we didn't realize (until our guests told us afterwards) is that all of them were receiving the same excellent service and attention. One of our friends commented how they hadn't tried the tuna appetizer, so you personally brought them an entire tray of it. Another friend, who is pregnant, said the server went out of their way to find her a virgin cocktail she liked. And there are plenty more of these examples that we have heard over and over again from our family and friends.
I knew from the first day I met with you and saw the venue, that this was the perfect place for our wedding. What I didn't realize at the time was just how spectacular it would turn out.
We are grateful to you, Omar, and all the staff for making our wedding the best day of our lives! Thank you for treating us and our guests so well. I appreciate the way you always addressed my never-ending questions and concerns throughout the planning process.

It's Claudia from the December 12th wedding reception. We are back from our honeymoon and wanted to drop you a note. David and I and all of our guests were so pleased with everything. I kept getting compliments through out the whole event as to what a beautiful restaurant, great location that everyone can get too, great patio area to relax, wonderful service from Omar and the staff, and most of all compliments on the food! Especially the cookies you provided for lunch…people could not get enough of those cookies!
Although it will be several months before we finalize plans for next year’s retreat day, because we had such a great reaction to Ramsey’s we wonder if you would place a hold on the venue for the Master Chorale next year.

Jonathan and I cannot thank you enough for helping us pull off our "perfect wedding." It truly was an amazing evening.
All of our guests cannot stop talking about the food! It was so delicious! :) The potato ravioli, the steak, and the potatoes were the biggest hits! I loved everything. One of our guests is a chef and I had to ask him what he thought of the food. He said that this did not taste like any other catered/wedding food he had had in the past. He said that you made all this food "with love."
You have the most amazing staff! They treated us like royalty, checking on us constantly.
We are so thankful that we found Ramsey's and were able to work with such great people.
You will definitely see us around and you can be sure if we ever host another event, we will call upon you.

This is a long overdue thank you, thank you for the terrific rehearsal dinner evening we had on July 30th. Compliments on the delicious food are still coming in and I can’t thank you enough for all your fabulous and innovative food choices. All the guests really felt like they were getting a taste of the south and all have said they have never had so much fun at an event like that. Hi Jesse,
I'm sorry I'm just now getting around to writing this. We went up to Santa Ynez for a couple of days after the wedding.
I just wanted to thank you SO SO SO MUCH for everything you did for us. Seriously, the whole event could not have been more perfect. It was exactly as I dreamed it would be - probably even better. You guys took such good care of us and our families and friends. It was so wonderful to be in such good hands.
I honestly think every person at the reception commented on how amazing the food was, too. We had a few people tell us it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. So thank you for being such a rockstar chef, also! Oh and more than one person complimented the staff - everyone was so nice and professional. So please pass on our appreciation to Daniel, as well. Our daughter, Melissa Hetherington and her fiancé' Allen Maris had their wedding at your facility last Saturday evening, March 19. Your venue far surpassed our expectations.
